Shipping policy

All stainless steel tumblers ship USPS Priority (2-3 business days) mail. 

All packages weighing under 1 pound will ship USPS First Class (2-7 business days) this includes: Starbucks cold cups, phone grips, pens, straws, tumbler decals, stickers.

If you do not purchase Route+ Shipping insurance at checkout, there will be NO refunds, exchanges, or returns on lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route+ Shipping insurance is there to protect your order. If this is not included in your order, the customer will be required to file any and all claims with the shipping carrier.

At this time International shipping is not currently offered.
